Uob Internet Banking

Featured Replies

Has anyone had the same problem with UOB internet banking? At present, it just freezes up IE and then closes it down when I try and log in.

I realise that you have to have MS Virtual Machine downloaded, which I've done, but still no luck. Anyone had the same problem and been able to fix it?

Cheers

Just had it happen to me, I down loaded the Sun JVM and it worked ok after that (I believe UOB stands for Use Other Banks!)

I use UOB Cyberbanking on Vista.

Go to UOB homepage.

Click on "APPLY UOB Cyberbanking"

Now click "FAQ"

Go to the very bottom of the page and click on DETAIL "Click here"

Now follow the illustrated instructions.

Note - If you already have Java VM or Ms VM then remove them

before you start with the illustrated instructions. Use add/remove software

to do this. The instructions will tell you to download and install VM again.

Naka.
