A tattoo was found on his chest, but due to skin deterioration, its details were unclear. The man's approximate height was 190 cm, and he seemed to have been deceased for about 10 days before being transported to Rayong Hospital for further examination. Picture: Siam Rath According to accounts from tourists and locals, they had initially mistaken the body for a floating doll while observing the sea from the shore, about 50 meters away. As the body drifted closer to the rocky cliff, emitting a foul odor, they approached and realized it was a corpse. Authorities suspect the deceased might be a foreign national, considering his height, but the cause of death remains under investigation.
