Pretty obvious what happened here I would think Geoff. Big construction excavation, sea wall didnt hold up and flooded the worksite.

It is in Dubai but I just pulled them off the web.

major construction happening in Dubai - just look what is happening in the back drop. I had a friend who put money into Dubai about 5 years ago - he has made a small fortune... sorry off track.. how shattered would have the developer been> poor bugger lol.
