August 19, 20232 yr Popular Post If you can get it shipped with HS code 8713 https://www.cybex.in/hs-codes/carriages-for-disabled-persons-motorised-heading-8713.aspx It should be zero duty plus 7% VAT on the CIF cost from either Germany or Singapore. BUT That might get classed as "medical equipment" and require an import licence which could end in a world of hurt! Really best to talk to the sellers and ask if they can ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) which should mean no nasty surprises at this end. "I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"
