Muesli, or as I call it, rabbit food.

I thought rabbits ate carrots & lettuce.

Anyway, yes, for me a big bowl of muesli with added nuts, dried & fresh fruits, fermented milk and a big dollop of plain, natural yoghurt. Good until the afternoon.

All healthy but you might want to know, mixing melons with other fruits isn't good. Either is mixing sweet fruits with acidic fruits. Digestion is always hindered. Same with many fruit and vegetable mixes. Sounds healthy but some things digest better with others and not with some.

Breakfast?  A couple of cups of coffee.  Usually don't eat until late afternoon.  Never been much for breakfast even as a kid.  However back in the day when I lived in Ocean Beach, CA I'd occasionally indulge in a Mexican breakfast and a couple of Dos XX brews on the weekends before heading out to surf.

I vary the fruit. Not often melon.

Always banana but sometimes blueberries, apple, mango, or papaya.

I love all fruits, but sometimes , like everyone else on earth, things don't go well down inside. I've eaten very healthy all of my life, with few exceptions , yet still get stomach trouble. Some things just don't mix, and some things you can be allergic to, and eat them all your life. The only way to know is an expensive food allergy test. Wheat can be handled by many, but hurt some. Rice is the least allergenic of all grains, but some might have trouble with it, especially here, where it's eaten every meal. Cow's milk is one of the most allergenic of foods, but it's promoted worldwide, especially to children, who can go without it and still thrive. Peanuts and shellfish are very healthy, but can kill some. Trial and error.

A package of deli meat (Iberico Chorizo, ham, salami, etc.) a handful of Kalamata olives, and piece of cheese (Edam, Gouda, Cheddar, etc.,) ... plus a liter of either English Breakfast, Darjeeling, or Keemun tea.

It's expensive, but I can't deal with horse feed first thing in the morning.

"A package of deli meat (Iberico Chorizo, ham, salami, etc.)" Processed sliced meats.

Near the top of the list of items to avoid to prevent strokes.

I had a heart attack 3 weeks ago, so no more bacon and eggs for me!  ????

Today was mushroom soup (no cream), a piece of multi-grain toast, some grapefruit and a cup of herb tea.

Bacon and eggs don't cause heart attacks.
