They published a specific clinical guide called the I-RECOVER protocol: Ivermectin: Dosed at 0.2 mg/kg to 0.3 mg/kg body weight, taken daily. The protocol suggests a duration of 1 to 3 weeks, noting that it can be prolonged if symptoms persist. Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN): Begun at 1 mg daily and slowly titrated up to 1 mg daily to address systemic inflammation. Corticosteroids: Specifically Prednisone (10-15 mg daily daily for 3 weeks, followed by a taper) for severe inflammatory features.
