I still haven't figured out how to re-register for the App. On the main website you also have to enter mandatory fields to Report. One mandatory field is Check-Out. But I live in my condo full time and don't Check-out. Before you could just Report Check-in and leave Check-out blank. I really hope they fix this. Update. I got the website to work.
