Can someone, please, give me a reliable telephone number to contact the PEA Office on Petchakasem Road in Hua Hin?

I need to do this from the UK so the four digit Contact is no use to me.

Also, this number on the PEA website gives a PTT response on 'The number you have called is not yet in service'
