IQ means nothing. Japanese are the biggest sheeps in the world and completely detached from nature. They literally have digital girlfriends, robots in stores, wearing masks all the time and everywhere even without a mandate. The "convenience" food everywhere.

Only good thing is that they eat a lot of raw animal food.

Does the OP actually currently communicate with any Japanese women? That would be a starting point. 
I’ve met some in Thailand and have been invited to Japan on numerous occasions. Accommodation gratis, including spa. 
Others, we exchanged gifts by post and maintain long distance friendships. 
There was no expectation for me to spend money on them as many here seem to view women. Everything between us was open hearted. 
If the OP fails to engage with the people here, it’s not because of his ‘superior intelligence’ as he prefers to pretend, but a general lack of awareness and self reflection. Wherever you go, there you are…

I have not read the many posts- But likely it has been said that the term "smart" has changed drastically in meaning over the last 20 years or so. IQ tests are no longer considered of real importance by most folks in the know, and for a lot of people, in the past, "smart" just meant someone with an opinion, and someone that likes to talk pejoratively about others..... Japanese people are not known to be great conversationalists. 

A very complex society to live in...

 

Unless you study one of the many, great, Japanese arts, and in a serious manner, you will likely be greatly disappointed in Japan. 

 

The countryside can be very cheap, and also, beautiful.
