The 14-year-old suspect in the shopping mall shooting has been sent to the Galya Rajanagarindra Institute for 5 days for psychiatric assessment by specialists, Komol Prompeng, deputy director-general of the Department of Juvenile Observation and Protection said today (Friday).

While the boy was at the department’s welfare home, he rarely spoke, did not feel like eating and appeared to be worried, but did not cry, according to Siriprakai Worapreecha, another deputy director-general, who consulted medical personnel at the Galya Rajanagarindra Institute about how to deal with the boy.

She said that she will inform the Juvenile and Family Court that the boy needs to be observed by specialists to determine the correct treatment protocol.

A quick injection would sort out all his psycological problems.

He won’t be held accountable for his actions….they will baby him…

Every serial mass shooter has some degree of mental illness…

He seemed to demonstrate he knew what he was doing by fooling security and enough about self preservation when the cops closed in on him
