That is correct Biden doesent want to build more wall but the money has to be used for the purpose intended that simple

Thanks. Been trying to Google the answer but everyone keeps saying he can't divert it. Seems like his hands are tied. 

Whatever the reason, Trump must be lovin' it. He's going to bring it up at every rally he holds, to tumultuous applause.
