June 28Jun 28 Oven roast chicken thigh (2 more for munching on later), some loaded nachos (taco spiced pork mince, cheese, salsa), garlic bread w/cheese, tomato/onion salsa. All prepared/cooked/homemade other than the tortilla chips which were shop bought. Mrs was actually fairly impressed and cleared her plate (unless she binned it when I wasn't looking)

August 4Aug 4 Get some sliced of white real fresh bread, a bagquette, make some slices. Grill some thing sliced chicken breast, then make some bacon strips. Put the chicken breast on the bread then the bacon and then cheese. Put in the oven a tiny bit and there you got your chicken bacon melts. Serve with some fries.Second get some large tomatoes and hollow them out, cook spinach, put spinach with hollow out left overs back inside the tomatoes, sprinkle some bacon pcs optionally and then again cheese + oven.

Had a very nice one from Tigglebitties last night as we are having a week's break in Jomtien. Nice cheeseburger with homemade beef patty for 175 baht. Lots of salad and fried onions which I like. If you want a good burger in Chiang Mai you have to go to Rock Me Burger. Blew my mind.
August 4Aug 4 Healthy dinner 🙄Actually I wanted the Wagyu burger & fries, but ... just ran out.Another favorite: Pandan Leaves Home Cafe, closer to home, PKK
