I live hear Thonglor and have True 2 gbps internet. In the evening when I watch Netflix, it keeps needing to reload. Thinking about changing to AIS. Can anybody please tell me whether they have this problem with AIS. Thank you

I have 2 Gbps up/down True, alas in different part of town and have no such issues. However - I have router in kitchen cabinet... yes, no I am serious, thank you Sansiri for this amazing home design.... anyway, if I close the cabinet doors, the boxes inside overheat and I start seeing issues like you are describing. So now I keep door open and no longer have issues. If you touch router and it's very hot, then add a fan to it, or put it on something to give it plenty of space below and above to ventilate and don't keep it in enclosed space. These Huawei things get hot like oven.

Thank you both for your comments. I will be visiting True this afternoon to arrange TV service. (Is access to Netflix included in the monthly fee?)

And must I know what "2 Gbps up/down True" is before I commit?

Does this happen every evening or when it's overcast.

I use 3BB and have found them to be the best thus far, that said, when it's overcast it can be slow and can reload it's self, but nothing better than a good blackout to solve that problem :stoner:

If it's happening every evening, you need a new provider IMO as it could also be speed issue being diverted.
