Russian sources disappeared after Trump declassified ex-spy’s evidence, UK court told

'Donald Trump’s decision to declassify evidence given by a former British spy about the former US president’s alleged links with Russia led to the disappearance of two Russian sources, according to a court document'.

 

“Two of the named Russian sources have not been seen or heard of since. The publication of this document did serious damage to the US government’s Russian operations and their ability to recruit new Russian sources'.

Everybody can lie, just look at Trumps record, but to lie in a report and give out the dossier for scrutiny is a risk no sane person would risk, even the truth can have consequences which is why I am certain Steele would have taken legal advise before giving up the dossier. Trump doesn't dare sue on the basis of the dossier being false, he is suing (to the best of my knowledge) on privacy issues where he may have a chance of winning. I doubt that he is doing this with a happy heart and may end up backing down.......there are risks for him in court and he, as a political animal, may decide to stick with bluster and lies, it's his preferred style after all.

I simply can't believe that Trump wrote that statement.  Writing "the data are false" is a level of grammatical understanding that is way, way above Trump's third grade level of English.

That could be his media staff. Trump's original statement was probably more like "the data is nasty", or "covfefe".

Every campaign stop he asks for huge donations. On top of that he sells his picture on shirts, hats, etc for big $

too and then uses that money for his expenses.

He needs to pay close attention to campaign finance law.

 

I’m beginning to think Trump feels he doesn’t have enough drama in his life.

 

Why else would he set about a case like this that can only expose him to more scrutiny and give more publicity too the credible accusations against him?!
