I'm thinking about getting a lightweight, either Nokia 800 or Asus Eee (when it gets released, supposedly in the next few weeks). Trouble is, they both use Linux as the operating system. One of my most important criteria, is to be able to access overseas bank and brokerage accounts when traveling. Has anyone had any problems accessing accounts with a machine using Linux.

Its not the operating system which will decide whether it works or not, it will be the browser. I use Firefox with Linux and it works perfectly on three banks and one stockbroker, all outside Thailand.
