October 28, 20232 yr Long, long, ago, I actually did some testing of "alternative" grounding techniques. Several worked rather better than anticipated, certainly well enough to operate an RCD/RCBO. This was not one of them EDIT My post was even featured on the website of the IET (the UK regulatory authority) of which I am a member, many "laugh" emoticons there of course.
