It's amazing people can be duped by President like this, when he is surrounded by sycophants all preaching the same lies and no one points out the errors of his ways. The tattoos on Kilmar Abrego Garcia's knuckles—a marijuana leaf, smiley face, cross, and skull—do not definitively indicate MS-13 membership, according to multiple gang experts and researchers. The Trump administration's claim, amplified by a digitally altered photo labeling these tattoos as "M," "S," "1," and "3," suggests they spell out "MS-13." Experts like Steven Dudley of InSight Crime and Roberto Lovato, who has studied MS-13, state these symbols are not known MS-13 signifiers and are commonly used in mainstream tattoo culture. Some law enforcement officials note that certain symbols, like a marijuana leaf, have appeared on gang members, but they are not exclusive to MS-13 and are insufficient alone to prove affiliation. Current MS-13 members consulted by Lovato also denied these tattoos represent the gang. The narrative tying these tattoos to MS-13 appears largely driven by the Trump administration, with critics pointing out the lack of concrete evidence and the photo's alteration as misleading. Meanwhile, Garcia’s legal team and family deny any gang ties, and no court has definitively ruled him a gang member based on these tattoos. -

A couple of weeks back, a pal called round for some advice - he's in the market for A Honda ADV 350 and had been to see the Zontes 368G and wanted my advice before he pulled the trigger ... My advice was "whenever you're thinking of buying any new vehicle - you need to find where the fire escape is" (ie, you need to know what consequences you will be lookiing at if you need to bail out and sell the thing quickly).... i told him to stick with the Honda - when he wants out, easy to sell without eyewatering depreciation .... -

Finally identified my long-term illness (Bronchiectasis), thanks to Dr Google :)
I have COPD, diagnosed 20 yrs back and can confirm that NAC is excellent in loosening up mucus. You can also add Mullein leaf and Boswellia 5-LOX inhibitor. They work synergistically you can find them all at iHerb. An additional thing that I use for getting rid of stuck phlegm is an OPEP device. This has saved me long time. You were talking about controlled coughing, this device forces you to cough. It looks like a pipe, and inside the head part is a metal ball. You exhale into this pipe which causes the metal ball to oscillate. This in turn apparently vibrates into your airways which forces you to cough. I do 10 exhales every morning. Since you get rid of a lot of excess phlegm that way, you are less prone to bacteria growing in the mucus in your lungs. I’m surprised pulmonologists do not actually suggest this to patients with this problem. I did ask my pulmonologist why, his reply was “not all people with lung issues are able to exhale into it properly”. Yes, insane - right? However I bought my OPEP device on Lazada, probably 5-6 yrs ago for a few hundred THB, imported from China. Also bought a fancy one from Australia for US$100:-, thought it may be better. Indeed, it looked very elegant indeed, did the exact same job and lasted me 6 months before the fancy coloured plastic bits started chipping off 😂. As you mentioned, it’s important to get rid of the stagnant mucus so infections don’t get hold. Hope this info is of interest.
