Actually the lunatics seem to be in charge all the time, whatever acronym is used to mask military rule, whatever colour of party is in office following a democratic landslide people's vote that was not honoured, whoever  is appointed, not elected to the Upper House, whatever PM is foist on this lovely country and it's people.
