I am completely aware of the fact that if you didn't pay maintenance fees you can not vote in the AGM.

But I do not see that such a person can not hold up to three proxies from other co-owners...

Its probably not specifically stated in the legislation either way, but I think it would come down to a local interpretation by the juristic person.

The guy who hasn't paid fees could always just bring along another person to vote the proxies.

if non co-owners can be proxies (often the staff from juristic person office would be canvassing for power of attorneys, I don't see why owners that is barred from voting from not paying fee can't be proxies for others
