Heavy Rainfall in Trang Affects Flights, Stranding Passengers

TRANG, Dec 14 (TNA) – Yesterday, heavy rain pounded several areas in the southern region of Thailand, particularly in Trang province, leading to disruptions in air travel and leaving over 150 passengers stranded.

 

The downpour affected Trang Airport, causing difficulties for flights to take off and land. Thai Lion Air’s flight from Bangkok’s Don Mueang to Trang, scheduled to arrive at Trang Airport around 4:35 PM, was unable to land due to the heavy rain and poor visibility.
