I'm not sure of read of many accounts of threats like this made by Biden supporters.

'Behead judges': Here are Trump supporters' violent threats in wake of Colorado ruling

Gee, what a shocker, who’d have thunk it. The mindless MAGA crowd don’t get their way and (want to) resort to violence. Where have we seen that before? I’m sure DJT is going to put in his two cents on truth social to throw more fuel on the fire and incite his already crazed and blood-thirsty supporters.

  • It will most likely will be struck down on appeal because nobody can show that Trump did incite an insurrection.   How many times have desperate folks failed to prove that already?

  • Naah, not true, he did incite an insurrection. the proof has been on your TV screen a hundred times.

I'm pleasantly surprised that few of his madmen supporters have actually committed much violence beyond gutless threats. My friend who was a detective said the noisy ones were the least dangerous. It was the quiet ones you had to watch.

I copied+pasted the quote  - *unedited* -  in my post from:-

https://constitution.congress.gov/constitution/amendment-14/#amendment-14-section-3

"Section 3

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability."

If I've made an (unintentional) error, I am always open to being corrected.

--  Please copy+paste the words/sentences/section that I omitted (in error).

My apologies but even in your quote, last sentence, is states Congress may vote, nothing about states voting. Another bogus lawsuit.  Sad day for America, Xiden's DOJ is weaponized against his political opponents.  Banana republic now.  Now Florida and other Republican states will remove Xiden from the ballot.  What will this accomplish, nothing.  Shows how scared the Demorats, always have to resort to cheating one way or another.  Demorats lost a lot of voters with this political stunt.

Those Antifa and BLM rioters were duly arrested, charged and jailed. They don;t have the former President calling them patriots or GOP lawmakers like Marjoie Taylor Greene and delegates visiting them giving morale support nor whitewashing their violent acts with song. Mindless is a correct description of the Maga cult.

What trial, in what court (beside your kangaroo court version) was Trump charged, tried, & convicted of insurrection and the due process afforded Trump in your fantasy kangaroo court. Hurry up and embarrass yourself some more here.

The US banana republic is bad but not likely devolved to the extent where radical dem controlled  courts select the POTUS and not the voters. Since the deep state fears Trump so much and they know the vegetable in the WH can't beat him in a fair election the desperation is coming out and eroding democracy, a true threat to democracy.

"...where radical dem controlled  courts ..."   But right now and in the past the GOP appointed judges who were well known to follow GOP policies. So what's different?

As noted earlier, you are misreading the 14th Amendment. Can you provide a link to an article that agrees with your incorrect opinion?

Destroyed cities?

Do you live in an alternate dimension?

He should be in jail since that January.

But then, the USA and American people were always somehow different.

I hope one day they will all wake up realize what they did. But I am not so sure that will happen anytime soon.

My greatest fear is that they won't wake up.

The Cheeto being prez again would be a tragedy.

What bothers me the most however would be the twice proven fact that those that worship him, though a minority), will vote and the rest don't care or are just too lazy to vote.

Either way it means I can no longer relate to most of the people in America.

I never regretted moving to the Kingdom 6 years ago, but now it seems like a prudent move. I'll return in April to sell my last hard assets in America. I'll keep my credit cards and a bank account, but otherwise pulling up roots for good. I'll make my last stand here.

I was never in the USA but obviously I see news, movies, read articles, etc.

Until a couple of years ago I could more or less understand their thinking - and the different sides.

Now, since a few years, I basically gave up understanding them, because if I try I just fail.

Trump is the best example. I understand that conservative people like conservative politics and progressive people progressive politics. And they often have many different ideas. Fine.

But I just can't understand how anybody thinks a serial liar with a bad mouth is suitable to be president. Why does a huge part of the GOP support that man? It's crazy and doesn't make any sense - at least I don't find the sense in it.

Let's look what happens at the next election and then. Interesting times - to say it mildly.

Understood.

I lived my life in America until I moved here.

I was always aware that there were small fringe groups with crazy ideas, but the numbers that support that useless man far surpass any understanding I ever had.

The tragedy is that such a group, ~30% of voters, was able to elect the scum once. But if done again I am forced to indict all Americans.

If you want to see an example here of the insanity, just ask a MAGA type if Trump really weighs 215 lbs, as he claims.

They will post 10 replies stating they aren't interested in answering.

Because no one gave them talking points telling them how to answer. So, when asked, they just freeze. Because that's how MAGA works - no independent thought. Only parrot what you are told - by Leadership.

If you would ask me about the weight of any politician I would also not answer, because I just don't care.

If you ask me if I think they are liars or corrupt or anything important then likely I will have an opinion and I might answer.

Do you also not care about how old they are? The only reason the president's health is ever a concern is that there is arisk he might not make it through his term. Weight would carry far greater implications than age for that concern.
