I have a few of these plants growing out of nowhere in my garden.
Looked up in Google and it seems that this plant would be good against high blood pressure and Diabetes.
But could not find how to prepare the plant.
Are the benefits in the leaves or the fruits?
Do I need to crush the fruits and make a tea out of it or can I eat the fruits?
TIA

They are Rosella. You can just eat the red petals straight off the plant.

I have seen tea and jam made from them.
