They all just needed an excuse [the COVID era] to raise prices across the board, while diminishing service is quite apparent. The cost of flying will not recoup for anyone. timendres Posted December 29, 2023 Share Posted December 29, 2023 What I do believe is likely for any international flyers is that the price of oil is likely to continue to drop well into next year, if we see a global recession. This will certainly trim the price of long haul flights to some degree. But having looked at tickets for my brother to come visit from the US, the prices are not all that terrible right now.
