BANGKOK (NNT) - As the New Year festivities of 2024 are in full swing, Transport Company Limited is pleased to announce a 20% reduction in passenger fares for all routes within the country.

Given that citizens have begun their return journeys to their hometowns since December 22, 2023, and are expected to travel even more densely on December 28-29, 2023, the company has prepared additional buses to accommodate the increased travel demand during these two days. A total of 4,000 extra services have been arranged, catering to an estimated 70,000 passengers daily.

In addition to the expanded services, the company is extending New Year gifts to the public by offering a 20% fare reduction for travelers before the New Year festivities and providing discounts for post-festivity travel from January 4 to 8, 2024.

For routes affected by the current flooding in the southern region, particularly the "Bangkok – Su-ngai Kolok, Narathiwat" route where travel is currently impossible, passengers can request a full refund. The service will resume immediately upon the alleviation of the situation.

The company expresses sincere concern for the public and advises travelers to allocate extra time and exercise caution throughout their journeys. Additionally, passengers are urged to purchase tickets exclusively from authorized ticket vendors to prevent falling victim to fraudulent practices.

Dear Transport Company,

-I'm not really interested in 20% discount on fares,

-I am very interested in an announcement that the Transport Company is providing equipment, vehicles and funds for continuous police patrols on all roads and new laws to hold law breakers for 72 hours and confiscate all their family vehicles and licenses for 60 days.
