Who's winging ,  but as  isaanistical said above ,90 quid a week is not luxury .

the choice between the candidates is almost as bad as those in USA ,I have

never been back to UK for 35 years , but  I think I would get culture shock....

I didn't say that. I don't get "90 quid a week". Where from?

I did mine last month.

I had to fill in a form with the government to register as an overseas voter, another form to the local electoral office to register as a postal voter followed by a second one to the same office to register my proxy voter.

I emailed all the forms off, after editing them in Adobe Acrobat.

For some reason the local electoral office also wanted a photo of me. I think that is weird as I am unlike to go back to the UK and the electoral office anyway.

The photo was simply a screenshot from the camera on my pc.

But a pension none the less. You can only get out what you put in.

You could have paid voluntary payments to increase your entitlement. I guess you didn't.

OK , but if you are in certain countries around the World ,you get pension increases ,but  because

you choose to live in Thailand , your pension is fixed for the rest of your life...

Self employed all my life , retired at 42 , that's why I get less pension, that's OK because I provided

for myself ,so I could retire early, it's not the 90 quid , it's that its frozen for life...and for all UK expats

that retired to Thailand...... now they want our votes ,

Had you continued to pay after you retired by way if voluntary contributors, you'd have got more.

You likely knew living in Thailand would freeze your pension prior to settling here. It was your choice.

They don't want your votes. They are giving you the option to vote if you want to.
