Pichit Chaimongkol, leader of the anti-Thaksin demonstrators, mostly being elderly persons, said the protesters have returned to a corner of the street outside Government House where they have planned to spend days and nights until March 3 in anticipation of a response from Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin to questions about the de facto Pheu Thai boss-cum-convict.

It's a done deal...

where they have planned to hang around for a month.

A month. I hope they have plans for their personal hygiene!

I always wonder how much the protesters are getting paid, and who's paying them?

Nobody. They are there for the hot sex they enjoy when it's late at night and the media have gone to bed. Then it's party time. It's the only way these old folk can get away from protective family and let their hair down.

If that is the case, and all they can afford is a few old folk to hang around for a month, then perhaps funds are low!

Perhaps Suthep's ruthless fund raising marches of a few years ago are affecting donations? You will remember, he rampaged around Bangkok whilst his acolytes "encouraged" traders to empty their tills into black plastic bags? Memories can be long where money is involved, and there was never any coherent explanation as to where the cash went. I suspect it may have put the mockers on the anti-Thaksin fund raising campaigns!
