I am not talking about 12 employees as UNRWA has admitted that and measures were taken against a handful. Israel claim was of evidence of systematic widespread cover-up by UNRWA.

 

Now Canada, Sweden and other countries are convinced there is no such evidence.  It's not logical to punish UNRWA as a whole due to isolated action of a handful of individuals.

All of this has now been proven to be unsubstantiated allegations by an invading power with malice intentions agist the entire civilian refugees to exacerbate their suffering.

Topic Update: Top UN judges will start listening to submissions next month 

 

Two weeks ago Nicaragua filed a case against Germany before the International Court of Justice, saying Berlin was “facilitating the commission of genocide and… failed in its obligation to do everything possible to prevent the commission of genocide,” in Gaza.

This included Berlin’s suspension of funding of the UN Palestinian refugee agency.

The Hague-based ICJ says it will hold hearings on April 8 and 9 for both countries to make submissions.

“The hearings will be devoted to the request for the indication of provisional measures contained in Nicaragua’s Application,” the ICJ says in a statement.
