I came here on tourist visa later on my visa was changed...so i was working here for past one year.

my visa is extended later on many time... as my agent told me that i need to extend it several times to get a 12 months visa.

my agent was saying its okay you will get visa all te time. and suddenly now it saying sorry the application is rejected. and so i m on expired visa now. the visa was rejected as the company turn over is a bit low this year as stated by the thai govenment. I was fine last year but this time as my company is export based the falling value of doller made the turnover low.

now as my Visa is already expiered what will happen with me ??? how can i apply again??? i dont want to go back to my country.

my country is india and i m Bechelore in commerce.

can anybody suggest me any thing in this situation???????

I believe you mean your application for extension of stay has been stamped by Immigration as under review a number of times but now has been rejected and the last day you were permitted in the country has passed and you have not departed? Each day of overstay will result in 500 baht fine and until you leave you risk arrest. You can not work and you need to leave I suspect (but I am no expert on business visas). The normal procedure is to exit to another country with work permit/paperwork prior to expiration of current stay and apply for a new visa. But it would appear you are beyond that possibility and being Indian I believe you have to return to home country to obtain a new visa and start over. One would expect if you have an "agent" they would be telling you want has to be done.
