Embassies in Thailand

Featured Replies

Do the Embassies, in addition to being closed during the holidays of the various nations to which they belong, also follow the holidays of Thailand? Thank you.

Yes.

They deal a lot with local authorities aside from having a lot of local staff, is the same. Must be a nice job as a local; you get double holidays 😉

Oh yes: you are right. Forgot about that. Thank you.

"This is not the Finnish embassy!"

"Yes it is sir. See embassy, embassy, embassy. Now finish embassy".

Using the British Embassy in Bangkok as an example, the only holidays it observes, in addition to Thai holidays, is Christmas and Easter.  If you go to the website of the embassy that interests you, all their observed holidays will be shown.
