ross163103
Hard to believe there was any speeding involved with so many roads under construction in Pattaya! I can hardly get up to 30 km/h most days around the city! LOL

Please don't be angry if I point this out, I really don't mean to be the grammar police and I couldn't since it's not my native language, but I inform you that there is a rather important difference between stationery vehicle and stationary vehicle. Redundant too, since the vehicle is waiting at a red light. Unless you mean that Muppets only slam into stationary stationery vehicles, that would be quite selective. 1 1 1

If you read the FULL article, it was not a bystander. Quote Mr. Jakkrit told Banglamung police that he was transporting workers to a worksite when the collision occurred. He stated he was stopped at a red light when he felt a forceful impact from behind. He saw the motorcycle on fire and immediately moved his vehicle to the gas station before extinguishing the flames and calling for help.
