webfact Posted March 19 Share Posted March 19 Phuket – An arrest warrant has been issued for a Tajikistani man who has already left Thailand for intent to murder after a Russian man was found dead at a cannabis farm in Chalong. The Phuket Provincial Police told the Phuket Express that the suspect, identified only as Mr. Bakhtovar, a Tajikistan national, stayed alone at the cannabis farm inside the home. The Russian victim entered the house but he never came out before later being found dead with a slit throat. The Tajikistan suspect left the house after the alleged murder before leaving Phuket bound for Turkey.
