But in 30 seconds how can they apply the strictly check of the incoming foreigners as the immigration is told to do so now??

He has to be seen to be doing something with-out knowing how to do it. that's why most (if not all) of everything he does contradicts everything he says.

Who on earth goes to Thailand in the rainy season in summer in the first place ?

One day you may come to realise Spring and Autumn are not in the vocabulary, only summer and winter.

Songkran is not seen to be in the winter.

Summer has already started in Thailand. Summer is March, April & May. Rainy season is from June to October/November.

Who on earth comes in March, April, May?  Too hot, too polluted.   Rainy season & cool season are the best 🙂

Thavisin visited the immigration area unannounced and expressed dissatisfaction with certain operational aspects, particularly immigration processes.

He found out that when the "rubber meets the road," there's a cliff. Successful administration is more than a hope.

Revamp the entire immigration; unload 90% of all those forms, forget about blue-inked signatures on photocopies etc. etc. etc. It is tedious, repetitive and - in some cases - rather insulting

Entering the country as a tourist at the airport - which is what is under discussion here - does not involve any forms or signatures.
