Please someone make a comparison between fatality from alcohol related events and weed related events and then decide which should be illegal, especially considering (domestic) violence..

When asked if there will be a compromise for recreational use, Srettha answered “no,” adding that problems arising from drug use have been “widespread lately.”

Some tourism operators have welcomed the move to curb its use, citing problems caused by loose industry regulation.

Thanet Supornsahasrungsi, group executive director of Sunshine Hotels and Resorts in Pattaya, said most of the cannabis shops open are meant for recreational use and there have been reports of marijuana overdose.

58 years old, Australian, 3 am, drunk on alcohol and high on weed.

What could go wrong?

Had he gone home/to his hotel, nothing really instead of going to the beach for a swim.

This is fake news.

3am, all the 'good Samaritans' are sleeping.

I reckon it one of those 'bad Samaritans', a ladyboy's looking for people's belongings on the shoreline.

But the ladyboys hate the water, messes up their makeup and the rest of their fake accessory. Also, the drowning fellow wasn't Indian.

No studies needed, alcohol wins hands down. The only question, maybe, by what  factor 10, 20, 100...

This one in a million kind of thing is all the ammunition smiling donkey needs to ban it again.

The smirking, groveling (to square face and the rest the Shinawatra mafia) ass needs to smoke a few joints himself to lighten up, to see the light and realize that he is a piece of useless ...., and do humanity a favor, resign and call a new election.

I can't believe anyone went swimming in that water after dark, when any crafty resort owner would secretly dump their raw sewage hoping it would float away or be dissipated before anyone sees it the next morning.

Besides, it's hard to dodge the turd you can't see.

Kiwis do sheep.

Nonsense

The country that consumes the most sheep per capita is Kazakhstan, where each person consumes approximately 8.2 kilograms of sheep meat annually. Following closely, Australians consume the second-highest amount of sheep meat per capita in the world, at 6.2 kilos of sheep meat per person per year1.

Interestingly, when it comes to sheep slaughter, the Falkland Islands take the lead, slaughtering an astonishing 14 sheep per person in 20162. Other countries with high sheep slaughter rates include New Zealand, Mongolia, and Iceland3. These numbers highlight the significance of sheep in various cultures and economies worldwide.

The two don't mix well at all, however the side effects of mixing the two do not include an urge to indulge in any physical activity and are generally confined to a short episode of nausea and vomiting

Well this guy did, after a couple of joints.
