Looking at the video clips it seems highly likely the attacker was another follower of that peaceful religion.

You will find some things cheaper than Thailand 

Vitamins , sunscreen, kilos of apples oranges, hot water kettles ,  T shirts etc

I do all my shopping at Aldis I just spend 90 AUD per fortnight including wine

It depends in which country. In the U.S. it's mainly by white guys. In Europe it's mainly by Islamic terrorists (with some notable exceptions).

According to official data from Europol, the European Union’s law enforcement agency, in the 4 years between 2011 and 2014 there were 746 terrorist attacks in Europe.  Of these, only eight were religiously-inspired, which is 1% of the total. An FBI study looking at terrorism committed on US soil between 1980 and 2005 found that 94 percent of the terror attacks were committed by non-Muslims.
