Biden pledged to do everything in his power to bring Gershkovich, as well as other wrongfully detained Americans like freelance journalist Austin Tice and businessman Paul Whelan, home safely.

 

Gershkovich's parents and Tice’s mother were among the attendees at the dinner, underscoring the gravity of the situation. Biden reiterated his commitment to securing the release of all wrongfully detained Americans, emphasizing that journalism is not a crime and that a free press is essential to a free society.

 

The event, attended by celebrities and high-profile politicians alike, showcased a mix of humor and gravitas. Comedian Colin Jost, the featured entertainer of the evening, delivered his own set of jokes, poking fun at both Biden and Trump. The US following Thailand's lead in using the courts to remove the people's choice. Same same... The only difference is in the US they get their lumps in early, before the election rather than after.

Taking the mass graves near hospitals not serious at all, instead of supporting independent investigations let the IDF investigate. Which they have already stated they won't.

Putin should receive a warrant by the ICC, but of course not the Israeli government officials.

Biden is a disgrace, all the more because he's always portrayed as 'a decent man!', 'so empathetic!'.

For Biden Palestinian children simply don't count. He deserves nothing but disdain, and certainly not a vote in November.

Most sitting US- Presidents have been guilty of neglecting and even working against the interests of the Palestinian people, and Trump was no exception. There were at least two major clashes between Gaza and Israel during his presidency, and he stood firmly by Israel each time. He even moved the US embassy to Jerusalem, a huge provocation against the Palestinian people, and he oversaw the transfer of billions of dollars of military aid to Israel, weapons that are now being used against the Palestinians.

Trump allowed himself to be laugh at with consistent comic moments. Problem is that he can't stop with his funny acts.
