Police Lieutenant Colonel Tirawat, Inspector of the Narcotics Suppression Bureau Pattaya Office conducted an operation at an apartment complex on Pattaya Third Road on Tuesday Night after receiving information that an American National was selling class 1 drugs. Using an undercover operative and 4,000 Baht in marked bank notes, 0.6g of Crystal Methamphetamine was allegedly purchased from Mr. Jonathan Paul Kowalski aged 35.

He was arrested and found to be in possession of the marked bank notes. He explained that he would sell to foreigners and Thai’s and would use the profit to purchase drugs for himself. It was also found that he is currently out on bail relating to a further case of selling and possessing class 1 drugs. He is now behind bars once again and will now be facing multiple charges of class 1 drug dealing and possession.
