Trump's Rally: Deportation, Environmental Policy, and Bizarre Tangents

In a recent campaign rally held in Wildwood, New Jersey, former President Donald Trump made headlines with his controversial remarks on a range of topics, from immigration and protests to environmental policy and even a bizarre reference to a fictional character.

During his speech, Trump vowed to crack down on what he termed as "anti-American" protesters on college campuses, particularly those expressing support for Palestine. He declared that if elected president again, he would deport individuals who engage in "jihadism, anti-Americanism, or antisemitism" on American campuses. Trump also alleged that these protesters are funded by President Joe Biden's political donors, despite evidence to the contrary.

Trump's comments echo his past rhetoric, where he has often portrayed himself as a defender of American values and national security. However, his proposed solution of deporting protesters has drawn criticism for its authoritarian undertones and potential violation of free speech rights.

In addition to his stance on protests, Trump also criticized Biden's handling of the conflict in Gaza, particularly his decision to withhold a shipment of bombs to Israel. Trump accused Biden of betraying an American ally and voiced his support for Israel's military actions against Hamas.

Beyond foreign policy, Trump took aim at Biden's environmental policies, particularly the Environmental Protection Agency's initiatives to promote electric vehicles. He labeled Biden's efforts as "insane" and suggested that the oil and gas industry would play a role in rolling back these policies in a potential second Trump administration.

One of the more peculiar moments of Trump's speech came when he praised the fictional character Hannibal Lecter from the movie "The Silence of the Lambs." In a tangent about immigration, Trump referenced Lecter as a symbol of danger posed by criminals entering the United States. This bizarre comparison to a fictional serial killer raised eyebrows and prompted speculation about Trump's intent.

And total chaos in Bidens lawfare persecutions of Trump. All are failing, posponed indefinately, subject to dismissal petitions, wrough with DOJ/FBI evidence tampering, Fani about to get tossed from the RICO joke in Fulton and on in on continues. It's all failing and Trump is hitting it out of the park with rallies like the recent NJ rally. Expect to see more of this.

Got to like this and where it's going unless you are a trump hater....lol

They don't. They just hate the Dems enough to do so.

Trumps sycophantic sucking up to israel is my only problem with Trump. Leaving that aside his policies are more aligned to what I'd like to see happen than Joe's. Crack down on illegals, end the Ukraine war, abandon the man made climate change BS and promoting EVs that are polluting to make and get rid of. Mainly not starting any more wars.

Bit like Joe then, but without talking to dead people, or falling over.

Perhaps Watters doesn't like Trump.

Anyway, we all know that Trump likes to exaggerate his crowd size, but as long as he wins in November it doesn't matter.

No, and I said as much on this forum way back when Trump was only thinking about it.

If it's a contest between 2 geriatric men with huge problems, mentally and physically, it behooves me to want the less deranged one to win, and more than anything else, I don't want Harris anywhere near the big chair.

I agree with Harris. I'm afraid it's the wrong choice if he wants to win.

Anyway, it's an evidence of incapacity. Not good for America, not good for the world. Whoever will win.

and given the thuggish assaults by cops on peaceful student protests across the US that support is going to get lower real fast. These are not ghetto universities, but Ivy League universities, and the news is highlighting the cops heavy handed actions, with their riot gear and clubs against peaceful students.

All Biden has is a pathetic "they don't understand what is happening in Gaza". They know exactly what is going on in Gaza, and it horrifies them. Hopefully it costs Biden the youth vote and leads to his defeat in swing states.

You guys can work it out.

thaibeachlovers  Yes, we want to vote for him.   He was one of our better Presidents before COVID hit.  The Democrats have not given him a moments peace since he ran for President for 2016.  We are talking 8 years of phony charges and phony courts.  Russian Collusion - False.  Hillary Clinton spent $7 million for a false dossier against him.  Nothing happens to her to her or this that conspired with her.  Two fake Impeachments brought by the Democrats that control all the Government agencies that he need to go through for relief. He can not get a fair trial in DC, NY, GA and other places.  So where are the trial held?  You guessed it.  This fat as Bragg in NY to up a case that many other prosecutors passed on.  He got permission from higher ups in our unjustice dept. to change the wording on a non-disclosure agreement to "hush money" because hush money sounds more sinister than non-disclosure agreement.  The woman broke the agreement and yet it is Trump on trial.  Non-disclosure agreements are misdemeanors which Bragg raises to a felony when using the words 'hush money'.  He takes one charge and rephrases it 34 ways so that the jury only has to pick one to find him guilty on.  The Jury pool voted 95% for Biden in the last election.  Biden has been a one man wrecking ball.  He is not the one running the country.  He was with Obama and his 'Transformation' of American.  Obama lives in DC, the only ex-president to do so.  All of his administration is in their same jobs under Biden that they were under him for his 8 years.  Hope I made things clearer than the Leftist that already gave their opinions.
