Of course we impact nature but we are also a product of nature, every animal impacts its environment, sometimes positively, often negatively. The greatest danger will be to the third world, it will be every man for himself and the weakest in every country will get short shrift, it will be no time to be disabled, unqualified or old but mankind will survive. One mustn't forget the possibility of geoengineering, there are several plans already but have never been tried out as what would be positive for the west could be detrimental to Africa and India by altering the monsoon rains for instance but if push comes to shove I doubt these problems would concern governments of rich nations. Enormous progress has been made getting energy from nuclear fusion, many industrial nations are working on this together, including Russia and China as clean cheap energy is a number one priority for the planet. -

Right now the biggest threat to the nation and the world is a man who is on the decline, is the oldest to ever run for the office, and has some very bizarre ideas about governance, never listens to his advisors, never read the security briefings on a daily basis as president, and always thinks that he knows best. In my opinion he started to fade in the last year of his presidency. He may have had a minor stroke. Since then, it has been a steady downhill path. Far less coherent than in the past, very hard for him to continue a sentence for more than 15 seconds, alot of rambling, complaining, playing the victim card, and juvenile name calling as usual. Even most of the CEO's he met with a month ago were shocked at how lacking his message was. He is in the beginning stages of severe cognitive decline and it's a horrific thing to watch, he's an increasingly dangerous man and having him as the oldest elected president in history would not be a good thing. He rambles on and on, and it is easy to discern that he has a very hard time maintaining a thought for more than 15 seconds. He is, and has always been the master of slogans, and memes, but the public is just getting tired of the same game, day in and day out. He does not possess the creative juice to adapt, and that is absolutely killing his campaign, at this point. He is headed for the greatest humiliation of his lifetime. He's old, he's tired, he's now the oldest person to ever run for president, he's feels like he's 85 or 90 right now, he seems to be losing interest, he seems to be losing the plot, his message is getting tired, he has no ability to dance on his feet and be creative, and adapt, and he just seems to be disintegrating before our eyes, which is a beautiful thing to watch. And now, he seems to regret his choice of Vance, and seems very stressed out over Harris. Can't blame him for that. He does seem to be imploding. Hoping he loses big, and they lock him up. -

What do you mean by "Trump has experienced the loss of billions and is willing to continue to lose more." What means does he have to stop the loss? Keep in mind that the tax cuts Trump had passed during his first adminstration were especially friendly to pass-through corporations and real estate interests. It just happens that most of Trump's businesses are structures as pass- through corporations and real estate is where most of his wealth lies. Where was the sacrifice in that? -

Question about posting and ID. Can an IP address of a post (poster) be checked, to know if the post has come from the same computer ??? Can the IP address be masked ? so that someone can post from a different account without being ID'd (IP ID'd) if the above is possible ??? ----- When dealing with a fraudulent transaction: the Banks have been able to tell me what type of computer or phone the transaction was made from (i.e. they can identify the device type and IP - I'm assuming the MAC Address too ??? - possible). While the subject is about 'cheating' - given the topic and characteristic of the post the natural questions arise about 'cheating the readers' too.... -

You are wrong. The law is not on foreigners per se, it is on all Thai tax residents. The primary aim is collect revenue from high wealth individuals who may be generating income outside the country which is currently uncollected due to offshore tax avoidance. Revenue from retired expat pensioners will pale into insignificance compared to the big fish, and the working expats should already be paying their taxes.
