For reference 23rd May 2025: Cambodia's 10-year Golden Visa, also known as the CM2H (Cambodia My 2nd Home) program, allows foreigners to reside in Cambodia for 10 years by investing a minimum of $100,000 in real estate. This program offers a pathway to Cambodian citizenship after five years of residency and does not require minimum stay requirements.
