Does that mean I will have to pay duty on the the years supply of toothpaste, deoderant, KP Peanuts, Idaho Instant mash, liquid Pepto and all the other important things I bring over every year.?

The fact is the rich and landed gentry don't want anybody 'gatecrashing their party' and rebalancing the order and levels of gl9bal societies.
