Unfortunately in Thailamd there is no organization like a childwelfare that kids can contact as things like this happens. Education also brainwashes the kids that the parents have to be respected. Good of the neighbour that he sought help we all know it is not a single case.

There is absolutely no reason or excuses for the parents to do this to a child.  I hope that he gets the help he needs both physically and mentally. Thanks to the neighbors for speaking up.
