"Just a few times a night" might be bearable for you but I'd think that most men would regard that frequency as something of a nightmare.

I always have to get up to pee at lesst 1-2 times during the night/early morning (usually twice) and, very occasionally, 3 times.

And I don't even have a prostate! Nor drink beer.

A mild inconvenience at most. Hardly a nightmare.

But in my case each time I pee my bladder completely empties, giving full relief. Problem for men with enlarged prostates is that it doesn't.

I have issues with frequency and urgency, but the urologist told me they are not related to my enlarged prostate.

One of the things the urologist told me was to turn the temperature up in the bedroom to reduce frequency at night and it seems to help.

One thing the urologist told me to reduce urgency was to pretend like I was trying to get an erection. Sounds silly, and it will not help you, but it helped me.

I ran across 2 Nikola Tesla quotes that applies to your ailment.

"Most disease is spiritual in nature, and likewise so is the cure."

"The secret to the universe is frequency, vibration and the resulting energy output."

Using this conceptual framework your body is vibrating at the wrong frequency creating the wrong energy resulting in the prostate affliction.

To fix it, create new healthy energy.  What you eat and what you think changes your energy.

The method I would use to fix this would be to set an objective of a fully functioning prostate, attach a positive emotion to it, and pray daily for God to remedy.  And really mean it.  The law of resonance kicks in attracting whatever energy you emit.

Then quit poisoning yourself with denatured food and water. Eat more natural foods like fruits and vegetables and drink distilled water (rain water). The inorganic minerals from a poor diet stick in your bladder and prostate clogging up the system just like your coffee kettle.  Your immune system will eliminate the accumulated buildup and a fully functioning prostate will return.

I used this system 10 years ago and prostate is still fully functioning. After watching decade after decade of fultily from family and friends going the medical route I didn't even bother trying that.

Apcalis
Name of the active ingredient is tadalafil.
Just ask for generic cialis.

400-500 depending on the pharmacy you use

Not really. The real Thai version is Talafil made by Millimed company. Apcalis is an Indian product and not registered in Thailand. I can confirm that Talafil works very well, for me Apcalis does not have the same effect.

I would recommend the Prostatic artery embolization (PAE) I did loads of research into the different procedures and found this to be the best . Not sure what hospital in Thailand but its handled by a Interventional Radiologist with minimally invasive procedure .

Nitpick much?
Who cares if it's registered in Thailand?
If it doesn't do it for you, fine; use whatever floats your boat but whenever I've asked for "generic Cialis", I've never been offered "Talafil".

Frankly, I'd sooner trust pharma from India than Thailand but YMMV

India's reputation can be questionable.  Did you hear about the contaminated eye drops that blinded people in various countries.  Investigators found one lab with filthy conditions and a lack of quality control.

I trust pharma products from India if they are real and officially sold. Apcalis in Thailand is only sold under the table at certain pharmacies. If it works for you that is fine, the price is very cheap compared to the original and also compared to the "official and real" Thai generic mentioned which costs several times more. I tried Apcalis and stopped to use it, if others are happy with this product that's fine.

I used to have long chats with an Indian GP in Malaysia.

I remember him saying that drug manufacturers in India were famous for under dosing their drugs on the key ingredients – supposedly to increase profits.

Having said that, I have sourced two separate generic drugs from India on a regular basis.

They were effective and I had no issues.

Although having lived and worked in India, I do wonder about the degree of hygienic under which the drugs are prepared…

Are Thailand generics drugs any better?

No side effects from all brands of Ciprofloxacin that I have bought in Thailand.  In the U.S. I experience painful muscle cramps and tendonitis from this drug.
