There was an online chat about 6 months ago, they were very unhelpful, I used it for about 5 days in a row, but I still lost over 1000Bt because of a crooked seller.

Why ? NOT cancelled by me,  No phone call. No one tried to deliver ?

Not been out + on the gate is a bell which is very loud

ah yeh  i just had similar problems. All of a sudden not accepting a card that I always use.

Chatting with support = "give us the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the card in question".

Then: "to summarize you are having an issue with payment, we suggest you use another payment method."

Debit card is perfectly fine. I use it all the time. 

I'm breaking up with Lazada today.

Shopee is better anyway
