Microsoft Support Thailand in English?

Featured Replies

I like to contact Microsoft to change my payment from Office 365.

I found the number below. When I call them, they talk a lot in Thai but there is no "press x for English" or anything like that.

I had another local number from them from years ago, but that is disconnected.

Does anybody know a contact number from Microsoft Thailand support?

Thanks

This is what I found on the internet:

Thailand

Phone number:
001 800 441 2619

Billing support hours:
Thai: Monday through Friday, 9 AM-5 PM
English: Monday through Friday, 9 AM-6 PM

Technical support hours:
Thai: Monday through Friday, 9 AM-5 PM
English: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

A little update. After clicking here and there, I found something to ask Microsoft to contact me by phone or email.

The good news: shortly after I entered my phone number, they called me.

The bad news: the caller was a lady with an Indian accent. When she spelled letters, it was almost impossible to hear what she wanted to say.

Until now they didn't solve the problem, but it looks like they are working on it. Let's see.

They outsourced almost all these callcenter jobs to India and often they have horrible VOIP lines aside from their accents... You will remain stuck with that most times. That's why many westerners also fall for these scams, which seems hard to believe, but makes sense if knowing that type of people is always on the phones at big companies nowadays.

The problem is that MS does not like my credit card.

I use that card for payment for many other online service, no problem.

But when I add it in MS they pretend the card can't be used.

When I spoke with their support today the support woman agreed with me all should work - but it doesn't.

She promised me to contact me again. Let's see.

You can chat with them if necessary:

1. Go to http://support.office.com/home/chat

2. Describe your issue (issue with payment method Microsoft 365 subscription) and click 'Get Help'. Then scroll down to select Contact support.

3. Select your product (Microsoft 365 and Office) and category (manage my subscription) > click Confirm.

4. Click ‘Chat with support agent’ > Confirm.

5. Click Start Chat.

I suspect they want you to enter information in a certain format. For example, does the name on your account match with the name on the card?

Try using the name on the account, even if it doesn't match the name on the card.

Use this video to cross check that you are using the correct method:

Thanks

My account is the same name and address like my card. I used the same information for the card for at least 5 other big online providers without problem.

Something is wrong with whatever MS is doing.

It is called microsoft for a reason, or windows; throw it out the window. There is Apple for a reason.

Try using another Browser. Since it's Microsoft, use EDGE.

I tried this together with the MS support. It also doesn't work.

Currently I am on the phone with my credit card company, let's look if they have idea.
