July 31, 200718 yr No limit on Tourist Visas, but, some consulates and embassies will only issue you 2 a year (Laos for example).
July 31, 200718 yr Skyline, had you been going to Vientiane or Savannakhet? I had also seen that "2 tourist visas in one calendar year" referenced a few times but when I went to Savannkhet last week there were people getting their 3rd TR? I was getting my 2nd and nothing was ever said to discourage me from coming back and getting a 3rd?
July 31, 200718 yr you have this backward. the limit on the stamp is of course - 30 days. teh time limit on the tr is six months (maybe 5 i forget), but def has a limit.
July 31, 200718 yr The rule is not more than 90 days in a six month period using visa exempt entry (30 day stamps). There is no restriction using visa entry and the days on visa entry do not count toward the 90 day total.
July 31, 200718 yr Author So there is no limit but... Laos may have a problem, is that just Vientiane?? What about other countries? Problems there? Kaner
