Can Someone Recommend A Skype Phone?

I need to use Skype quite often for business meetings overseas... I bought a USB phone for this purpose, but it's horrible. It uninstalls itself halfway through a conversation, so I have to re-boot before my machine recognizes it again (very inconvenient in the middle of conversations)... besides which the sound quality is not good. Can someone recommend a better brand and where I might buy it online?
