it seems all the new projects are about 100k per sq m. some higher like the met at 120.

what would you experts guess for the described unit... i know its tough without seeing it.

Hi,

can't possibly guess without knowing which city, which area, how far is the BTS or MRT, which floor, and is it freehold.

great views on 3 sides
:o

I've heard of corner units but what kind of building gives you a view on 3 sides unless you have a chunk of a wing etc.

Anyway location? location? location?

sorry, i did leave out some info...

bangkok

between sathorn and silom

very close to BTS chong nonsi, and pretty close to saladaeng

view from 15th floor (other bldgs around can only go to 8 floors due to new moratorium on bldg heights, so guaranteed great views for ever.

and its ownable forever free hold.

I would say between 80k-100K per sq m, so averaging about 90k per sqm, due to location (near BTS and Silom), good views and size of condo. The age may bring it down to about 80. Also depends on which floor - if very high then would go back to 90-100, but if low then more like 80.

wow, it is definitely not 90K/m2 at 15 years old. i looked at place last month 3 minutes from sala daeng bts and it was 1 year old, never lived in for 95K/m2
