Hi, can't possibly guess without knowing which city, which area, how far is the BTS or MRT, which floor, and is it freehold.
cmsally Posted August 1, 2007 Posted August 1, 2007 great views on 3 sides I've heard of corner units but what kind of building gives you a view on 3 sides unless you have a chunk of a wing etc. Anyway location? location? location?
buddhafly Posted August 11, 2007 Author Posted August 11, 2007 sorry, i did leave out some info... bangkok between sathorn and silom very close to BTS chong nonsi, and pretty close to saladaeng view from 15th floor (other bldgs around can only go to 8 floors due to new moratorium on bldg heights, so guaranteed great views for ever. and its ownable forever free hold.
Tyke Posted August 11, 2007 Posted August 11, 2007 I would say between 80k-100K per sq m, so averaging about 90k per sqm, due to location (near BTS and Silom), good views and size of condo. The age may bring it down to about 80. Also depends on which floor - if very high then would go back to 90-100, but if low then more like 80.
bangkoksingapore Posted August 11, 2007 Posted August 11, 2007 wow, it is definitely not 90K/m2 at 15 years old. i looked at place last month 3 minutes from sala daeng bts and it was 1 year old, never lived in for 95K/m2
