20,000b month rent for 30 years= 7.2Mb

Will you be able to sell this for more than 7.2Mb in 2056?

Maybe.

If you can find a buyer that wants a 30y old house.

Remember, you didn't want a 30y old house, you wanted a new one.

But you're hoping the next buyer will be different.

Another financial JENIUS has made it ashore.

Welcome Home 😄

Maybe someone just wants to live in a really nice house and a really nice location and money really doesn't matter as long as whatever you're spending on makes you happy.

Isn't that why we generate money to spend on ourself to make ourselves happy ... that's part of my purpose in life.

Im happy to take the risk bro :)

Pool concrete pour today 21/08, my QA guy made sure reinforcement evenly spaced and to spec and formwork braced adequately.

Tiling guy on site measuring out and doing layout prep. Tiles will be laid brock pattern style inside and out.

Larger size 1200 x 600 in living room and 600 x 600 in rest of the house.

The view is the one of the reasons we bought the land, we are at the foot of a limestone cliff that goes straight up 250m, photos dont do it justice
