I think a 2 state solution is the only fair way. 

 

Look what happened the last time you occupied Lebanon in 1982, that didn't work out well, and caused the formation of Hezbollah.

  That didn't seem to be an issue when Hezbollah were occupying the same land .

   Just exchange Hezbollah for the IDF, straight swap

I'm assuming the unfriendly forces in those countries eg Iraq ( from where a missile was already fired at israel ) would attempt to attack the planes as they come in to land.
