For me, meditation has been the major catalyst for feeling great at 46. Having more control over the mind helps me avoid the things that are not good for me while being more disciplined in the activities that promote good health.

I found that setting small, achievable goals really helps. Start with manageable workouts and gradually increase intensity. Also, mixing in some strength training with cardio can be a game-changer.
